1. Password / Login Problems:
My password doesn't work
a. Make sure you're entering your username and password exactly as it appears on your email reciept.

3. System Requirements
a. You may view Pinaybarbabes.com on any system, with any internet connection, on any internet browser.
The site has been tested and optimized for both Windows and Apple PC platforms,
b. Your connection speed will only affect your download times. Photos are optimized for minimal download time.
There are multiple video formats and sizes so you can choose the best one for your connection speed.
c. Videos are available to download or stream in Windows Media (version 7.0 or higher), and Real Player in small, medium and large sizes.
Each video is also available as a free download for your iPod (.m4v format). You cannot stream the iPod file.
4. Technical Issues with Members Area
The photos show up as broken picture icons.
a. Try refreshing the page in your internet browser
b. Check your donwload speed and make sure the file has completely downloaded. Many video files are 30MB or more,
so if you have a slow connection speed, it may take a while for the video to start.
c. Make sure you have most recent version of your media player installed. For free updates, visit:
